This 2nd edition presents an updated and structured view of the Brazilian landscape, incorporating recent developments in the national and international scenario, such as the World Economic Forum’s Global Risks Report 2026, the United Nations Convention against Cybercrime, the new National Cybersecurity Strategy, CMN Resolution No. 5,274\/2025 applicable to the financial sector, and the use of artificial intelligence in criminal investigations.<\/p>

The material examines the main general standards such as the LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law), the Marco Civil da Internet (Brazilian Internet Bill of Rights), and the Consumer Protection Code, as well as sectoral regulations and guidelines applicable to essential services and critical infrastructures.
