The second edition of the Security Incident Notification eBook has been revised and expanded to reflect the latest guidance issued by the Brazilian National Data Protection Authority (ANPD) on security incident notification, regulatory oversight, and administrative sanctions.

In addition to updating the content to reflect ANPD Resolution No. 15/2024, this edition includes new infographics, guidance on confidentiality in communications submitted through the Electronic Information System (SEI), an overview of the documents most frequently requested by the ANPD, emerging enforcement trends, and a new chapter addressing case law and the legal risks associated with security incidents.
