His practice includes advising on information security incident response, representing clients in regulatory proceedings before the Brazilian National Data Protection Authority (ANPD), and monitoring the evolving regulatory landscape for emerging technologies, with a particular focus on Artificial Intelligence, digital ethics, content moderation, and regulatory obligations applicable to technology companies.

Gustavo holds a postgraduate degree in Digital Law from the University Center of Brasília (UniCEUB) and a postgraduate degree in Advocacy and Digital Law from the Brazilian School of Law (EBRADI).
