Cecília Alberton Coutinho Silva is a technology lawyer whose practice spans all key areas of the field, including data protection and privacy, artificial intelligence, digital platform regulation, cybersecurity, and intellectual property.

With eight years of experience in the field, Cecília combines a strong background in advisory and transactional matters with strategic litigation and government relations, providing an integrated perspective on the legal, regulatory, and policy dimensions of technology in Brazil.

She holds a Master’s degree in Law and Technology from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul (PUCRS), where her research focused on biometrics, facial recognition, and regulatory approaches involving private entities. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law and Economic Development from the same university and completed an exchange program at the University of Tübingen in Germany, where she further developed her studies in European Union and economic law.
