Ingrid is a lawyer with extensive experience in technology, data protection, and Artificial Intelligence (AI). With a solid academic background, she is a professor of AI and Data Science at IBMEC and was a fellow at Stanford University’s School of Engineering, where she studied AI and Public Policy and led an AI study group in Latin America. At the Scuola Normale Superiore (PISA), she expanded her studies in responsible AI and explainability of AI systems. Furthermore, she is a professional AI systems auditor certified by Babl.AI (USA) and an AI specialist from the Harvard A. John Paulson School and Harvard Kennedy School. In recognition of her professional work in the field, she was named one of the 100 Brilliant Women in AI Ethics™ in 2024 by WAIEA and ranked among the leading names in AI by Leaders League Brazil in 2024.
