The Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) is asking the Supreme Federal Court (STF) to conclude ongoing investigations

The Brazilian Bar Association’s Federal Council and the College of Presidents of the Sectional Councils sent a letter to the Supreme Federal Court (STF) this Monday (February 23rd), requesting the conclusion of investigations of an expansive nature and indefinite duration, especially Inquiry No. 4,781, known as the Fake News Inquiry. In the document, the entity also requests that no new procedures with a similar structure be initiated.
