Mariana is a senior lawyer with extensive experience in Legal Marketing, Consumer Law, and Regulatory Law, with a strong background in consulting and administrative proceedings at CONAR (Brazilian Advertising Self-Regulation Council), as well as interactions with regulatory and consumer protection agencies (ANVISA, SENACON, PROCON, MP), recall procedures, contract review, and consultations. She holds a Master’s degree in International Law and Comparative Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of São Paulo – Largo São Francisco (FD-USP). She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the Faculty of Law of Ribeirão Preto of the University of São Paulo (FDRP-USP), with part of her studies conducted at Alma Mater Studiorum Università di Bologna (Italy) and Hiroshima University (Japan). She has also completed supplementary courses in copyright law, intellectual property, and data protection.
